DESCRIPTION:April 1st\, scoping comments are due  for Mitchell Dam project\, Black Hills National Forest (BHNF). Scoping deadlines are a little flexible\, if you miss the deadline date\, you can still send them in late (but do that ASAP). They hope to make a decision by May 1st. \nThe proposed project is to either decommission (remove) the dam or repair the dam and remove the built-up silt.
