The written comment deadline is midnight of the Sunday before meeting\, in the time Zone the meeting happens in\, which is usually Central Time (more Commission meetings occur in Eastern than Western SD).  If they receive your comments after the deadline\, they are  include them in the batch of public comments sent to the Commission before the next month’s Commission meeting. \nYou can comment orally at the Commission meeting by Zoom or teleconference – or in person. This opportunity will be a 2 pm CT and you will be given 3 minutes for each rule finalization and 3 minutes for Open Forum. \nThey will be reviewing the Biennial Review of the States Threatened and Endangered Species list.  This will be an Open Forum item.
