SD Ornithologist Union’s Fall Meeting – in Spearfish at BHSU, Sept 27th-29th
The meeting will be held on the campus of Black Hills State University, 1200 University Street, Spearfish (see schedule for specific locations).
The Friday evening speaker is Ruben Mares talking about “Aspen Restoration on the Northern Hills Ranger District”. The banquet keynote is Jessica Graham who will be presenting “American Dippers in the Black Hills”.
The Saturday paper sessions will describe some of the latest research by South Dakota ornithologists on bird ecology, behavior and physiological adaptation. There are field trips on Saturday and Sunday Morning.
It should be a stimulating weekend, so SDOU hopes that you can join them. Campus Map
