PHAS August Board Meeting – August 13th,

PHAS board meetings are supposed to be the evening of the 2nd Wednesday of the month. They are generally on this day, but can be moved if we know in advance that  a  quorum won’t be achieved.

PHAS board meetings are held by Zoom and normally start at 6 or 6:30 pm. . Members are welcome, non-members by invitation.  People who belong to the National Audubon Society in our territory, which is much of western SD are PHAS members.

We review conservation issues that PHAS is following as well as club business. We are always looking for new board members. The By-laws allow for a board the size of 5-12 people – with the size decided at the annual meeting.
