10/7/26 Sierra Club & Ikes meeting on Trump’s attack, on Roadless Rule, hybrid meeting

Wednesday, October 7th. (yes, next Wednesday) there will be a public meeting sponsored by the Sierra Club and the local chapter of the Izaak Walton League about the attack on the Roadless Rule.

It will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Outdoor Campus – West.

Ruth Esperance from the Norbeck Society will lead the discussion. This meeting will happen right after the deadline to submit comments (which both the Sierra Club and Izaak Walton chapters did), but it’s important to educate folks about what’s going on.

We don’t know how long the meeting will last, but folks must leave OCW before 9 pm.

GO to our Calendar date of Oct 6th to learn more about Roadless Rule, issues and how to comment. –http://Calendar: https://phas-wsd.org/event/comment-deadline-on-revocation-of-the-2001-roadless-rule-extended-deadline/
