10/10/26 Indigenous People Day Parade, Rapid City

This year’s theme is:

Sponsors are inviting tribal nations, organizations, schools, programs, businesses, families, and community groups to join the celebration and build a float inspired by dance.

Traditional dance. Contemporary dance. Hip-hop. Powwow. Social dance. Your own interpretation.

Show us what “We Dance for the People” means to you.

Festivities begin at 9 AM adjacent to Main Street Square with live performances by Antoine X and Rez Coast Griz to kick off the celebration.

Registration is now open. Sign up your float, organization, or group and help us fill downtown Rapid City with music, movement, culture, and community.
