Pennington County is amending its’ Alternative Energy Ordinance. Pennington County Commission will review the proposed draft on Dec 16th Tuesday after 10:30 am and possibly vote to return to Planning Commission, approve or to continue the reading. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) “Call for Nominations & Comments” for the National Petroleum Reserve–Alaska (NPR–A), comments were due “on or before November 21, 2025.” Due to 2 hour time difference between Alaska & Mountain Time, that is due very early morning MT on  Nov. 22nd Federal Registert  We have an alert on our events/deadline calendar.
