Deadline for Written comments for Pennington County review of draft revision Alternative Energy Ordinance is 4 pm on Wednesday… Sometimes they extend these deadlines to Friday at 2 pm (or they do not). The hearing is on Tuesday the 20th, Go to our event calendar at that date for more information.. Volunteers from Dakota Rural Action , including Rick Bell have been active in this issue.

Send comments to their office e-mail.. pcboc@pennco.org,

You can always bring written testimony to the hearing or send it directly to Commissioners over the weekend at home e-mails https://pennco.org/commission.

You can send it to the Office e-mail after Wednesday deadline, . But Monday is a holiday and they won’t get the material sent to the Commissioners in advance, it will just go in the administrative record.
