Deadline to comment on SDGFP proposed Beaver Action Plan.

This plan provides for direction on beaver management in the Black Hills, allowing for a beaver trapping/hunting moratorium until various population and distribution goals are reached, at which point hunting season on private land will be reintroduced and then later with even more  increased distribution and population, a hunting season on public land.
