The competition will occur from Thursday, May 1, 2025 to Sunday, May 18th. Friday, May 16th is Endangered Species Day
People draw pictures of Endangered Species on side walks, parking lots , roads, garage floors etc.

There are winners who get prizes.
You can however get chalk sets at WalMart, Hobby Lobby and Family Dollar and likely other places. There are very cheap sets, but those tend to be in pastels, that don’t resemble most wildlife colors. To get chalk that has deeper colors and has colors like wildlife, you need to buy better chalk sets such as Crayola sets or mix plaster of Paris with tempera paints.
