Pre-trail hearing before the Board of Minerals and Environment on approval (or not) of Craven Canyon Mineral Exploration

8/21/2025.

There are 35 intervenors, including two tribal governments.

Currently, the pre-hearing conference is scheduled to occur at 11 am CDT/10 AM MDT on August 21, 2025.  The it will be held here in Pierre and also has a call-in option.  We don’t know how long the meeting will last, so have suggested an end at 4 pm MT

The Black Hills Clean Water Alliance will have updates. The actual hearing on merits will be later in time.
