“The applicant Croell, Inc is requesting a CUP for a Small Scale Sand, Gravel, or Rock Industry. The operation will be located off of Homestake Road. The boundary of the CUP will be 101.63 acres, but the permit will only allow 10 acres of disturbance at any time. If they want to move to a different area, the original 10 acres will need to be reclaimed prior to them moving locations. The nearest road would be Homestake Road.
