Case number is – Appeal No. 30495.

Oral argument has been set for April 25^th at 9:45 a.m. (CT). We are not sure how long the hearing will last.

They broadcast live audio of SD Supreme Court arguments, we will include the link when it gets closer to the date They also upload the audio recording afterwards in case you can’t listen to it live.  Folks will be driving to Pierre to attend in person.
