“Any interested person may file a petition to initiate a contested case and request a hearing on the Ground Water Discharge Plan renewal and the Department’s recommendation pursuant to the Administrative Rules of South Dakota Chapter 74:50:02 within 30 days of publication of this notice. If no petition to initiate a contested case is filed during the 30-day public notice period, the Department’s recommendations on the Ground Water Discharge Plan renewal will become final at the close of this 30-day period.”..
