You can testify in person or by zoom or teleconference on Wednesday, probably at 2 pm CT. There will be a public hearing on proposed rule changes and an “Open Forum” where you can testify on anything. They will provide an e-mail to send in requests to testify remotely in advance, but this is a suggestion not a requirement – it is a courtesy to help them plan the meeting. You get 3 minutes/@

Written comments (for the public record) will be due on Saturday the 287h just before midnight central time,

There will be a proposal to down-list the Peregrine Falcon from endangered to threatened (for SD’s  state list)
